Flux welding process: preheat/solder begins to melt/solder alloy formation/solder joint formation/solder cure

Flux for use: assist heat transfer/remove oxides/reduce surface tension/prevent reoxidation

Flux description: solvent evaporation/heat, flux cover on the substrate and solder surface, so that the heat transfer uniform/release activator, and the substrate surface of the ionic state of the oxide reaction, removal of oxide film/make molten solder surface tension is small, good wetting/cover in high temperature solder surface, control oxidation to improve the quality of solder joint.
