Method of use

1、The solder paste needs to be thawed at room temperature for 4 hours before it is removed from the refrigerator to open the cover. It is forbidden to make the temperature rise instantaneously under high temperature.

2、before use, the thawed paste to stir (usually 3-5 minutes)

3、in the production line, ensure that only 1 bottle of solder paste open

4、to open the cover of the tin paste, when not in use, the inner and outer cover must be tightly covered, to prevent the tin paste drying and oxidation.

5、When adding solder paste, the amount of solder paste should not exceed 2/3 of a bottle. It is recommended to add it in a small number of times.

6、For PCB printed with solder paste, in order to ensure solder paste welding quality, it is recommended to reflux within 4 hours to prevent solder paste from drying and viscosity reduction.

7, the tin paste on the screen has not been used for more than 1 hour, please do not stay on the screen, should be retracted into the bottle, to prevent the tin paste drying.

8、The unused tin paste cannot be put into the same bottle as the unused tin paste. It is recommended to use up the tin paste within 24 hours after opening the lid at room temperature.

9、If the solder paste is printed continuously for more than 8 hours, please mix it with the new solder paste and use it after evenly mixing with the ratio of 1:2.

10、When mixing the unused tin paste with the newly opened tin paste the previous day, mix it evenly with a ratio of 1:2 before use.

Matters needing attention

1, the lid of the solder paste at room temperature (temperature: 25±2℃, humidity: 30% - 65%) the longest placed life is:

A) RA, RMA, free wash: 7 days

B) Washing: 3 days

2, open cover (but not used) life:

A) RA, RMA, free wash: 2 days

B) Washing: 1 day

3, open the lid (collected from the steel net back to the bottle) life:

A) RA, RMA, free wash: 12 hours

B) Washing: 6 hours

Packing and transportation

1, transport time within 4 hours can be packed in cartons without adding ice bags (except for special requirements of customers).

2. If the transportation time is more than 4 hours, the foam box should be used for packaging, and the ice bag should be put into the foam box to ensure the tin paste in the low temperature environment, so that the tin paste is in the best performance state.
